Record Shattering Prices in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove

Electrifying price escalation for Coconut Grove Waterfront homes has shattered all previous records. Since the beginning of 2015 five waterfront homes listed over eight million dollars have been placed pending sold and a sixth property just closed a $4,850,000. Check out the map below for locations and brief highlights.

Park Grove - Coconut Grove

3505 Main Lodge Drive is a restored 1926 Mediterranean treasure on over an acre of lush hammock at the end of a short canal to Biscayne Bay. Located in Camp Biscayne in the heart of the Village of Coconut Grove, it closed for $11,000,000. 3310 Devon Court is a contemporary Italian residence created in 2003 across the street from the bay in coveted Hughes Cove. Coral Gables Achieves a Staggering 38% Growth!

Always in demand, the coveted luxury bay front enclaves of Gables Estates, Old Cutler Bay, Coco Plum and Sunrise Harbor have in 2015 achieved an outstanding 38% increase in the average sales price over the first half of 2014. An enduring leader in the luxury market, Gables Estates has transcended its own records with five closed sales over eight million dollars. Last year there were two sales in that range for the first six months of 2014.
